S.W. 32ND COURT

 

The project consists of the construction of two speed tables on S.W. 32nd Court between S.W. 32nd Street and S.W. 33rd Street within a portion of Study Area C. This is a federally funded project for the 37th year Community Development Block Grant (CDBGfunding by the Department of Housing and UrbanDevelopment (HUD)All HUD Federal rules anregulations pertaining tthis projecare applicable. Federal Davis-Bacon WagRates for work classifications are specified and must be complied with. Fringe benefits must be added to the prevailing hourly rates where applicable. The City of West Park will receive sealed proposals until 3:00 P.M. local time, Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at the City Clerk's office, City of West Park City Hall, 1965 South State Road 7, West Park, Florida 33023, for the following project:

S.W. 56th Avenue/ Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

From S.W. 41st Street/County Line Road to S.R. 824 / Pembroke Road

This project proposes improvements along S.W. 56th Avenue / Dr. Martin Luther King Blvd from S.W. 41st Street / County Line Road to S.R. 824/ Pembroke Road. Enhancements to include repaving the existing road, widening the roadway for the addition of paved shoulders along both sides of the road which could serve as a bicycle lane, widening the roadway for the addition of a 10 feet raised median, improving the existing pedestrian ramp for compliance with the latest ADA standards, signing and pavement markings upgrades, landscape improvements, new irrigations for the proposed medians, decorative pavers at several intersections, and Lighting enhancements along the corridor as well as to the proposed medians. This work shall include FDOT administrative grant requirements Attachments A-S.
