The Code Enforcement Department provides the following services:

• Enforcement of the City’s Code of Ordinances.
• Issue and distribute all required notices of violation, notices of hearing, and compliance notices.
• Provide the agenda for each Special Magistrate Meeting.
• Prepare cases on behalf of the City and present such cases at each Special Magistrate Meeting.
