As a condition of employment, all candidates must successfully complete a Level II background screening conducted through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, in accordance with Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, and a drug screening.  Applicants may obtain additional information regarding the screening process through the Clearinghouse website at  Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
